The Activities: Go-karting at Kiltorcan (about 15 miles south of Kilkenny) on the Saturday afternoon. This managed to make the stag rather sea sick, cut his karting career short, and turn him a lovely shade of grey.

The Drinking: The Kilford Arms has a huge pub downstairs, and theres no shortage of imbibing institutions in Kilkenny should that ever run short

The Eating: Dinner was at 9pm in a place called Paris Texas.
